Churchill Downs Cooler
Ingredients:
3 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1-1/2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. crème de banane
club soda
cherry
pineapple slice
Tools:
Collins glass
shaker
citrus squeezer
strainer
Fill a shaker half full of ice. Stir in 1-1/2 oz. bourbon, 1 oz. crème de banane, 1/2 oz. Cointreau, 3 oz. pineapple juice and 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice. Shake well and strain over new ice in a Collins glass. Top it off with club soda and garnish with a cherry and a pineapple slice.
