One-Minute Margarita

1 ½ oz. tequila
1 oz. triple sec
½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Pour into cocktail shaker and shake for 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into salt-rimmed margarita glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
Serves 1
Blackberry Mint Variation: Add 6 blackberries and 10 mint leaves to cocktail shaker along with tequila and lime juice. Instead of triple sec, add 1 oz. of simple syrup. Shake and strain into a tumbler. Garnish with 2 blackberries and serve.
