Built in the LA Mart Design Center, this loft was designed by architect Joey Shimoda in conjunction with LA Architect Magazine and is a showcase for new products and ideas.

Modular Kitchen
Highlights include a kitchen consisting of stainless-steel modules from Bulthaup Kitchen. The freestanding System 20 fixtures can be easily rearranged and moved.

Floor Carpet Tiles
Funky floor carpet tiles from InterfaceFLOR continue the modular theme. The tiles can be packed up and moved to a new house and are available in a range of fun colors.

Tough Shiny Paint
Scuffmaster: Vapor Solid Metal paint is a unique covering that gives surfaces the appearance of real metal.
