First: Lieutenant Commander Anthony Walley is a member of the prestigious Blue Angels squadron. Anthony gets to do some of the most difficult and intense flying maneuvers in front of millions of people at air shows across the country. But to do what Anthony does takes a lot of self-discipline -- and plenty of traning, both physical and mental.
Next, meet Christian Delpech, a world-champion flair bartender. ("Flair" bartending is what Tom Cruise did in the movie Cocktail.) In fact, it was actually that movie that inspired Christian to try his hand at this unique job. After a lot of practice and training, Christian began his flair bartending career in Argentina and Spain in 1995. Today, he shows off his artistry in Las Vegas, where he thrills hundreds of bar patrons nightly with his dazzling tricks and maneuvers.
