Ocean Sports Photographer, ChefDarrell Wong isn't just any ocean sports photographer -- he's a prominent windsurfing photographer who lives and works in Hawaii. But his job also takes him all over the world. Tough life, huh? Well, it
is hard to complain when you get to spend most of your time in the ocean and on the beach! But it's not always fun and games: weather and waves are both big challenges. Bad weather can mean a delayed or cancelled shoot, while big waves can instantly turn a photo session into a nightmare. At the end of the day, though, Darrell says the rewards of his job definitely outweigh the challenges.
Then: Jason Wilson lives for food...and he's never far from a kitchen! In fact, he's living the dream of being the executive chef of his own restaurant: Crush in Seattle, Washington. After years of culinary school and working at first-rate restaurants on the West Coast and abroad, Jason and his wife decided to open their own restaurant -- and it's turned out to be a big sensation not only in Seattle, but around the country, too. But being the owner and boss means that Jason has to be in the restaurant almost every night, working right alongside his staff. The hours are long and the work is physically demanding, but Jason has no doubt it's all worth it.
