Host Renee Loux visits with Paul Newman at his restaurant, The Dressing Room, in Fairfield, Conn., which he co-owns with renowned organic chef Michel Nischan. Then Renee travels to Santa Cruz, Calif., to visit Paul's daughter, Nell Newman, who started Newman's Own organic line — Newman's Own Organics: The Second Generation. The show ends with Renee making an organic corn chowder recipe from Paul's restaurant.
