Back to the Past Vince and Betsy Farhat live on a quiet, tree-lined street that was once part of a grand estate owned by Adolphus Busch, president of Anheuser-Busch. The house was built in the 1950s when the large property was subdivided. Although the couple treasure the winding paths and towering redwoods that were once part of that famous garden, they don't have enough room to entertain the way they'd like to. They would like to resurface and enlarge their patio and replant the level garden to make it more inviting. They also want to re-landscape the hillside in a way that will solve their erosion problem and showcase the old stonework. They want to do all this on a budget of $20,000.
