When Patrick and Diane Nixon bought their home, they were attracted to the rugged mountains behind the house, and it seemed like a great spot to raise their two young sons. Much of their backyard is paved, and the Nixons would like less room to park cars and more room for their boys to play. With a budget of $80,000 and the help of a landscape designer, the Nixons would like to build a pool and create play areas that are fun and safe.
