Rose Petal Martini

Ingredients:

ice, in shaker
vodka
2 drops rosewater
squeeze of fresh lemon
dash of simple syrup

Directions:

1. Shake, don't stir, and strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
   
2. Garnish with edible rose petals (make sure they are edible — florist's are not).

Lemon Meringue Martini

Ingredients:

ice, in shaker
citrus vodka
white sake
lemon juice
vanilla simple syrup
whipped cream (already whipped, which makes it fluffier)

Directions:

1. Shake, don't stir, and strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
   
2. Place already beaten egg whites on top of martini and brown with a blow torch.

Pomegranate Mocktail

Directions:

1. Pour the pomegranate juice over ice.
   
2. Squeeze half of a fresh lime, add a splash of orange soda orange juice and a splash of club soda.
