Chinese CustomsGuy is out shopping with a close Asian friend when she mentions that she'll be bringing overseas family members to the restaurant for dinner, and would like a special tasting menu created in honor of the Chinese culture.
Guy agrees, and only afterwards, realizes that he has created a tremendous amount of work for Michael and himself. Knowing very little about the specific traditions, the brothers dive into the Chinese culture, researching dishes, customs and drinks. Will Guy's authentic tasting menu receive the nod of approval from their Hong Kong guests?
