Jaguar (304)
Examine Jaguar's place in luxury automobile history.

Starting as a motorcycle sidecar company in the 1920s, founder Williams Lyons began making elegant vehicles in the 30s, including the SS100.

Legendary post-war autos gave way to hard times in the 70s and 80s. Ford bought the company in 1989, and Jaguar made a dramatic recovery with a new line of luxury sedans.
