Pacific Lobster (101)Tag along as Chef Ming Tsai travels to the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas to spend a day with native dive master Brendal Stephens. Together they swim through the coral reefs and dive for pacific lobster, then Ming gets first class treatment from Brendal as he creates a scrumptious barbecued lobster dish on an abandoned beach.
Ming had so much fun creating dishes directly from the sea that he caught another lobster and ate it raw, sashimi style, using his traditional East-West spices. Finally, Ming brings the catch of the day to his outdoor kitchen and yours by sharing a recipe for a savory dish called lobster-mango stir-fry with coconut-butter Johnny cakes.
