Oyster Dredging (102)Hop aboard as Chef Ming Tsai and Captain Wade Murphy Jr. sail through the Chesapeake Bay and dredge for oysters off of the decks of the historic skipjack, the Rebecca T. Ruark.
Ming's day on the 117-year old Ruark is packed with adventure as he learns how to captain the skipjack, hoists the sails, dredge for oysters, and crack open an oyster without getting a granule of dirt inside.
After Ming relishes a few raw oysters, he prepares two of his own delicious oyster recipes in his outdoor kitchen.

Captain Wade will take you out for a 2 hour sail around the Chesapeake Bay where you will see the beautiful sites, learn the history of the bay and get some hands on experience dredging for oysters. The cost is $30 for adults, $15 for children.
