Vermont Trout (109) Ming's adventures take him off-road to experience two of Vermont's favorite local foods — rainbow trout and blueberries. In Manchester, birthplace of American fly fishing, Ming wrangles in trout and cooks them right on the engine of his 4-wheel drive vehicle.
He also picks his own blueberries at a farm nestled in the Green Mountains, bringing the ingredients together for his Grilled Pancetta Wrapped Trout with Three Cabbage-Rice Salad and Fried Ginger-Blueberry Pie with Lemon Cream and Vermont Maple Syrup.
