New England Turkey (112)Chef Ming Tsai adds an East-West twist to two original American foods: turkey and cranberries. Ming goes to the cranberry capitol of the world, Plymouth, Mass., to help in the Fall harvest, and then sets his sights on the traditional cranberry partner the turkey. Ming learns all about this popular bird at a turkey farm and then tries to catch up with the elusive wild turkey in the fields of Vermont.
Besides a cranberry-turkey pizza, Ming also cooks up Asian-spiced Fried Turkey served with Cranberry Syrup, Sweet Potato Fries and a Cranberry Mulled Wine.
