Ming's Quest
Episode FLMNG-112

AIR TIMES:

New England Turkey (112)
Chef Ming Tsai adds an East-West twist to two original American foods: turkey and cranberries. Ming goes to the cranberry capitol of the world, Plymouth, Mass., to help in the Fall harvest, and then sets his sights on the traditional cranberry partner — the turkey. Ming learns all about this popular bird at a turkey farm and then tries to catch up with the elusive wild turkey in the fields of Vermont.

Besides a cranberry-turkey pizza, Ming also cooks up Asian-spiced Fried Turkey served with Cranberry Syrup, Sweet Potato Fries and a Cranberry Mulled Wine.
