Florida Mahi-Mahi (113) Ming's deep sea fishing adventure for Mahi-Mahi takes him miles off the shores of the Florida Keys and into the clear waters of the Atlantic. Ming learns how to track down Mahi-Mahi by taking cues from birds and seaweed. After Ming masters the tricks of the trade, it doesn't take long to reel in a ton of fish.
Later, Ming cooks pan seared Mahi-Mahi with preserved lemon-tomato chutney and a Thai basil-shitake orzo. A day of fishing couldn't be complete without a big fish story!
