Pacific Sea Urchin (114)Chef Ming Tsai adventures to the jagged coastline of Port Orford, Oregon in search of red sea urchin. Along the way, Ming meets up with two local fisherman and dives deep into the icy waters to find his deep-sea delicacy. He learns how to harvest, clean and bring up the day's catch of sea urchin to go to market.
Eventually, Ming finds more than sea urchin lurking in the depths as he comes face to face with dozens of dancing sea lions! Ming ends the day by spicing up his outdoor kitchen with an urchin bisque and crab salad.
