Meet the Vandenberg family. Susan and Philip have a house full of people and a basement full of clutter. Their daughter, Laura, and granddaughter, Anna, are moving back into the home, so they need to make room for them. Philip is a small business owner who is immersed into his favorite hobby — taking pictures of his granddaughter.

Susan shares his love of photography, and many of the snapshots are scattered around their cluttered basement. Will the Vandenbergs succeed in turning their basement into a warm functional room for the whole family to enjoy?
