Yoga for Meditation (102)
Yoga for Meditation is an instructional yoga tape hosted by renowned yoga instructor Rodney Yee, who gently guides viewers through five yoga sessions: Mountain, Garden, Tree, Wind and Sky.

Mountain is a gentle flow series meant to warm the body to prepare for the practice. Garden is a gentle hip opening sequence. Tree introduces the viewer to four traditional postures for meditation, while Wind focuses on the breath and Sky is a seated meditation. This practice is meant to connect one's mind and body with the Earth's energy.
