vinyasa sequences.

Poses, such as "downward dog," are held for long periods of time and will challenge stamina and endurance. The second session requires an enormous amount of strength and concentration. It begins with a vinyasa series and consists of difficult balance and standing poses such as side arm balance and tree pose.
