Ingredients:

1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2-cup heavy cream
2 Tbs. butter
1/4-cup sugar
1/2-cup Cabernet wine

Directions:

1. Shave and melt chocolate.
   
2. Add remaining ingredients.
   
3. Melt and blend together.
   
4. Remove from heat.
   
5. Add wine.
   
6. Transfer to fondue dish.
