Grilled Lamb Chops
Season lamb with gray salt and freshly ground black pepper. Be sure to grill over coals, not flames! This is a great place for one to use and stove top griddle pan.

Asparagus
This involves a technique pertaining to "blanching" the asparagus correctly. Be sure to use jumbo asparagus.

  1. Use jumbo asparagus.
  2. Peel the bottom half prior to blanching.
  3. Once cooked, remove from blanch water, make sure dry.
  4. Arrange on plate, drizzle with oil, season with gray salt and fresh ground black pepper, fresh fine-grate or shaved parmesan cheese.
