    1-2 lemons, thinly-sliced
    extra-virgin olive oil
    flour, for dusting

    Directions:

    1. Heat oil in a small skillet and dust lemon slices with flour.
    2. Quickly sauté each side for 60 seconds.
    3. Drain on paper towels.
