Citrus Show
In the Napa Valley, citrus fruit is used for everything from juices to spa treatments. Host Michael Chiarello visits Domaine Charbay Winery and Distillery and the Citrus Orchard at the Culinary Institute of America to learn about vodkas and the wide variety of citrus fruits, then prepares a fresh fruit dressing, tangerine mayonnaise and a brined pork loin with a Meyer Lemon Marmalade.
