Why you think you should be The Next Food Network Star: Food Network needs a chef who can represent Latino Caribe culture in a positive light. I bring that. I want to express the awesome art of fusion, combine Italian and French with Latino Caribe and show that American Latino cuisine is more than just rice and beans.
