Patrick currently serves as the Senior Sous Chef for a restaurant in Seattle, Wash., and also teaches cooking classes. He got his start in the restaurant industry after receiving a culinary degree from Art Institute of Seattle. Patrick's culinary motto is "Local local local, fresh fresh fresh" and he finds inspiration from fellow chefs. He is married and expecting his first child.
