Cat Cora

Cat Cora was raised in a small Greek community in Jackson, Miss. by a family who held strongly to their Greek and Southern heritage. Cora realized there was much more to food then she could ever imagined. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. She has studied in France under three-star Michelin chefs such as George Blanc of Vonnas and Roger Verge. She has also worked at Arcadia and Beekman Tavern in New York City. Cora relocated to Northern California as the Chef de Cuisine in Napa Valley’s Bristro Don Giovanni. She has hosted shows on the Food Network and has appeared on several network programs.
