  • Before his current position, Chef Ned Bell trained under Rob Feenie at Vancouver's Lumiere and moved to Toronto to open Accolade before becoming the chef at Senses.
  • Peninsula Ridge offers contemporary French cuisine using fresh local ingredients.
  • Signature dish: Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho, $13 CAD, a dish of Niagara tomatoes, red peppers, pickled beets, red onion, fresh corn, caviar, oysters and cilantro.
  • Hours: Wednesday-Sunday, 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
  • Prices:
    • Appetizers: $9 to $18 CAD
    • Main dishes: $28 to $39 CAD
    • Five-course dinner Tasting Menu with wine: $100 CAD
    • There are almost 40 wineries located in the Niagara Peninsula.
  • The top three types of wine produced in the Niagara region are Icewines, Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs.
