Brasserie Aix (107) David Bowen, mastermind of Toronto's wildly popular Monsoon, rides the restaurant roller coaster once again.
The scene is Toronto's College Street, an Italian-saturated area he hopes to challenge with a chic but casual 21st century French brasserie. He's stolen a notable French chef from a competitor, and will only succeed on a strict budget.
