It will appeal to customers delighted by a plate of tasty bivalves and a glass of crisp Sauvignon--and willing to pay for them.
The biggest stumbling block to Bill's new restaurant is cash flow. At his office in an underground parking lot, Bill struggles to make the numbers work so London can have its very own oyster bar.
