Provence Marinaside (111)Jean-Francis and Alessandra Quaglia fell in love on the Riviera while training as chefs. They married, moved to Vancouver and opened a restaurant called Provence Mediterranean Grill.
Now they want to repeat the experience on a larger scale, with Provence Marinaside, a million-dollar, 5,000-square-foot, 90-seat seafood restaurant on the waterfront in Yaletown.
They'll also be repeating their partnership with Alessandra's father, Nicholas, a fiery character. The budget is four times larger, the family drama twice as intense... can the second try succeed?
