Cube Restaurant (112)Talk about a joint venture. Giovanni Bernardi, owner of one of Canada's leading modeling agencies, has partnered with Hubert, a maitre d', Claude, a chef, and Dyan and Eric, two patisserie owners — to mount their first restaurant venture in historic Old Montréal.
Housed within the new and ultra-chic Hotel St. Paul, Cube will serve Nouvelle-Québecoise cuisine.
The squabbling starts when five perfectionists strive to get every detail right, in spite of mounting pressure from a hotel with a book full of reservations.
