Counting on a star chef to draw the Bay Street set away from fabulous ByMark, Jump and Canoe restaurants, the group opened a unique establishment with fine-dining Canadian cuisine upstairs and world tapas and micro-brewed beer downstairs. According to Peter, the goal was to have "something for everyone."
