Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant — This restaurant at the Culinary Institute of America combines one of the most respected names in wine with one of the most prestigious addresses in food. The cuisine celebrates the passions of the chef, the farmer and the winemaker.
An all-California, award-winning wine list of over 225 selections and whimsical "flights of fancy" offer wine lovers an unlimited adventure in the terrain of Napa Valley. Overlooking vineyards, the terrace is open for sipping and dining throughout the warm weather months. Greystone's wine list offers 400 California wines, and staff members are trained as sommeliers.
Entrées start at $16, and the restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner.
