Course Description

Sharing the spirit that embodies the Makena Resort, the south course is an oasis of serenity and tranquility. With its natural rolling fairways, spacious greens, and breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains, the south course is a favorite among many Maui golfers.

Details

The hole parallels the ocean from tee to green. The green is open but falls away to the back left. Land the ball short and let it bounce up on the green as in the 500-year-old Scottish tradition of golf.

Trivia

Along the left-hand side of the hole sits the Pacific Ocean. After your drive, look off to the left and you'll find "Turtle Town," which is a hot spot to sight sea turtles year-round.
