1 sweet and spicy sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 cups white beans, drained
1 qt. bean puree (not too thin)
8 oz. mozzarella
2 pasta sheets, partially cooked
rosemary, as needed, chopped fine
1 cup tomato concasse
1 cup grated Parmigiano
parsley, as needed, chopped
4 oz. extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
Simply layer the items in small quantities between pasta sheets (light sprinkles of each).
Top with grated Parmigiano and place in a 300 degrees F oven for 35 minutes.
Let the dish set for 10 minutes before serving.
