8 jumbo eggs 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/2-tsp. cream of tarter freshly grated nutmeg hot water
For each drink: 1 oz. Appleton Jamaican Rum 1 oz. Hardy Red Corner VS Cognac
Directions:
Chef's note: For a richer drink, boiled milk can be used in place of water.
