5-6 dashes angostura bitters
1 large twist each lemon, lime and orange
1 maraschino cherry
Makers Mark bourbon
Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
Instructions:
In a clean, dry martini glass, place 5-6 dashes of angostura bitters.
Squeeze the oils from twists of lemon, lime and orange, muddle into the glass using your hand, until a film of bitters and oils covers the inside of the glass. Dispose of twists and excess liquid.
Squeeze cherry into the glass.
Fill a shaker with ice and add two parts Makers Mark and one part vermouth. Shake well and strain into the prepared martini glass.
Using a spoon, stir lightly while rubbing the side of the glass to mix any oils and cherry juice into the drink.
