2 oz. citrus vodka
5-7 kumquats
1-2 tsp. sugar
Add kumquats, sugar and a few cubes of ice to a mixing glass. Muddle until kumquats are thoroughly crushed. Add vodka and more ice, shake and pour entire mixture into a glass.
