Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients:

12 10 oz. balls of dough purchased from a pizzeria
flour
olive oil
truffle oil, optional
marinara sauce
assorted shredded cheese (mozzarella, camembert, fontina, parmesan)
assorted toppings (basil, prosciutto, figs, pears, mushrooms, herbs)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 500F, placing pizza stones on each level of the oven.
   
2. Flour work surface. Roll dough rounds into flat circles.
   
3. Brush edges with olive oil.
   
4. Top with assorted toppings.
   
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
