How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 17, 2007 until 5:00 p.m. ET on June 15, 2007 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), you may enter the Fine Living ("Fine Living") "What You Get for the Money Vacations" sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") in any of the following ways: (i) online by visiting www.fineliving.com or www.fineliving.com/tv (collectively, the "Fine Living Website") and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day); or (ii) hand printing your name, complete address and phone number either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper to: "Fine Living’s What You Get for the Money Vacations Sweepstakes", P.O. Box 51412, Knoxville, TN 37950. Entrants using US mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 15, 2007, and received by June 20, 2007. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced or hand-stamped entries or mailing labels or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. Box 51584, Knoxville, TN 37950. All eligible entries will be entered in the Vacation Prize Drawing. When you enter at the Fine Living Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming Fine Living promotions and information about Fine Living. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. Proof of mailing, in person submission, or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Fine Living and will not be returned. A purchase will not increase chance of winning. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older on or before May 17, 2007, except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Fine Living as the Main Sponsor, Ritway, Inc. (the "Sweepstakes Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Main Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Main Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such potential winner might reflect negatively on Main Sponsor. By entering, all participants and/or entrants release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Vacation Prize Drawing: The thirty (30) Vacation Prize Winners will be selected in daily random drawings from May 24, 2007 through June 22, 2007 from among all eligible entries received by 5:00 p.m. ET on the date immediately prior to the applicable drawing by Ritway, Inc., an independent judging organization. Potential Vacation Prize Winners will be contacted by phone and/or mail or overnight delivery within approximately two (2) days of each drawing. Winners of the Vacation Prizes will be posted on the Fine Living Website on a weekly basis as the information becomes available. All non-winning entries from a daily prize drawing will be eligible for subsequent daily prize drawings during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning a Vacation Prize depends upon on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. General Conditions: Main Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator’s decisions with respect to the Vacation Prize Winners and any other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. Travel companion of each potential Vacation Prize Winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, unless accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian, and also must sign a Liability and Publicity Release. If Main Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt to contact, if a potential winner and/or travel companion fails to complete and return all requested forms within five (5) days, if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, or if a potential winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected. If prize or prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of each Vacation Prize Winner. By entering into the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph (including photographs submitted by them to Main Sponsor, if applicable), likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Except where prohibited by law, each Vacation Prize Winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use each Vacation Prize Winner and guest’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Main Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Main Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Fine Living Website. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any prize winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MAIN SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. (ARV: $3,500.00). Total ARV of all Prizes in the Sweepstakes: $105,000.00. The hotel accommodations do not include other meals that are not described above, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in each Vacation Prize are the sole responsibility of each Vacation Prize Winner. Each Vacation Prize Winner and their respective guest must travel the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times specified by Main Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Vacation Prize Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the Vacation Prize Winners’ responsibility. Vacation Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the cash value of each Vacation Prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of each Vacation Prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sweepstakes Entities. All travel must be arranged with Sweepstakes Administrator a minimum of sixty (60) days in advance, and is subject to availability and Main Sponsor’s approval. If any Vacation Prize Winner is unable to fulfill the Vacation Prize during the specified time period, such Vacation Prize Winner forfeits the Vacation Prize and an alternate winner will be selected. All travel dates will be determined by the Sweepstakes Entities, and once made may not be altered except by Sweepstakes Entities. Some restrictions may apply. Vacation Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Main Sponsor’s sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. The Vacation Prizes will be awarded.
