How to Enter: Beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 11, 2008 until
5:00 p.m. ET on March 10,
2008, you may enter the A Taste of Fine Living Sweepstakes (the
"Sweepstakes") in any of the following ways: (i) online by visiting the Fine
Living web site (www.fineliving.com) (the "Web Site") and following the
directions provided to complete and submit the online entry form (limit one (1)
online entry per valid email address and per eligible person per day); or (ii)
by mail by hand printing your full name, complete address, date of birth and
phone number (area code included) either on a postcard or on a separate piece
of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an
envelope with proper postage affixed to: Fine Living's "A Taste of Fine Living
Sweepstakes," P.O. Box 807, Culver City, CA 90232. Entrants using U.S. mail may
enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 10, 2008,
and received by March 17, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per stamped outer envelope.
Mechanically reproduced or hand stamped entries or mailing labels or entries
generated by script, macro or other automated means are void and will not be
accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. These official
rules are also available on the Web Site or by sending a stamped, self-addressed
#10 sized envelope ("SASE") to: Fine Living's "A Taste of Fine Living

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of
the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto
Rico) who are 21 years of age or older, except employees and members of their
households, whether or not related and immediate families (spouses, parents,
siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where
they reside) of the Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below) and their respective
parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion
agencies, including Haley Miranda Group and all local sponsors.
Privacy: When you enter at the Web Site, you may be asked to
consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming Fine Living
promotions and information about Fine Living. Consenting to receive such e-mails
is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the
Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent
to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy
of Scripps Networks, LLC, which is available on the Web Site.
Limitations of Liability: Scripps Networks, LLC d/b/a Fine Living("Sponsor"),
Puerto Rico Tourism, and other participating sponsors (collectively with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes
Entities") and, including Haley Miranda Group, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent
corporations, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors,
shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s)
(collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry
information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion,
or defect of any telephone network, cable, network, computer online systems, computer equipment,
server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's
computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Web
Site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entries that
are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or
traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; printing, typographical or human or other errors
relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur
in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or mail, the announcement of the prize,
or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; and any mail or entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected,
garbled, undelivered, inaccurate, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof
of mailing or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property
of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, all participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold
harmless the Released Parties from and against all claims, injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death)
or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or
use of the prize (including travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Guest of potential
Grand Prize Winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, unless guest is child or legal ward of Grand
Prize Winner, and guest must execute and return a Liability and Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents.
If guest is child or legal ward of Grand Prize Winner, Grand Prize Winner must execute and return all releases on behalf
of minor guest. All documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents or prize will
be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected.
How Winner will be Determined: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random
drawing from among all eligible entries on or about March 21, 2008, by an independent judging organization,
and will be contacted by phone on or about March 24, 2008. Sponsor's and Judge's decisions with respect to
Grand Prize Winner and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. The potential
Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity
(where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of date of issuance of prize notification.
If Sponsor is unable to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner within three (3) days from first notification attempt,
if the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, if the
potential Grand Prize Winner is not in compliance with the terms of these Official Rules or if the potential Grand
Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion,
an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner shall be selected. By entering into the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to
the use by Sweepstakes entities and their respective designers of their name, photograph, likeness, biography,
voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including
online announcements, worldwide in perpetuity and without limitation and without additional compensation, notification
or permission except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Conditions of Entry: Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the
judge's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion
of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or
failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the
Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process and void all associated entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to
terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries
received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice
will be posted on the Web Site. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Grand Prize Winner based on an
e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted
at time of entry and such individual must comply with these rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural
person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization
(e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated
with the submitted e-mail address.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF
THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will win the following: (i) $10,000 cash (to be awarded
in the form of a check); (ii) a set of luggage (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000); and (iii) a trip to San
Juan, Puerto Rico for five (5) days for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest. The trip shall consist of the following:
(a) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand
Prize Winner's residence and San Juan, Puerto Rico; (b) ground transportation between the airport and hotel (the "Hotel")
accommodations; (c) Hotel accommodations at the Gran Melia Puerto Rico Golf Resort & Villas (subject to availability)
or similar hotel for five (5) days/four (4) nights (one (1) standard double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (d)
golf activity for two (2); (e) horseback riding activity for two (2); (f) spa treatment voucher for two (2); (g) a chartered
boat dinner cruise for two (2); (h) voucher for meal(s) valued at $500 for winner only; and (i) a local cuisine cooking
class (ARV of trip portion of the Grand Prize: $6,003).
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $18,003.
All Grand Prize details, including manufacturer and number of luggage pieces, shall be solely determined by Sponsor.
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any element of the prize not specifically
addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, including souvenirs, gratuities, additional meals,
and any additional transportation. Vouchers are subject to terms and conditions as specified therein. Winner and guest are
responsible for obtaining all travel documents. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the Grand Prize Winner's
responsibility. Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Grand Prize. All travel must
be completed by December 31, 2008, and must be arranged with Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice a minimum
of sixty (60) days in advance of travel, and is subject to availability and Sponsor's approval. The Grand Prize Winner must
submit three (3) possible travel dates to the Hotel's reservation department with the winning certificate code. Certain
travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply for holidays that may include the following: Three Kings, Valentine's Day,
Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Constitution Day, Christmas and New Year's. Other blackout dates may also
apply. If Grand Prize Winner is unable to fulfill the trip portion of the Grand Prize by December 31, 2008, Grand Prize
Winner will forfeit the trip portion of the prize. The Hotel accommodations do not include
other meals that are not described above, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred
during the trip. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times
specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner, at Sponsor's sole
discretion. Prize cannot be transferred or substituted, or non-cash portion cannot be redeemed for cash except at
Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portion thereof, with a prize of
comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and guest must comply with all activity rules
and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of activity portions of prize. Actual value of trip may vary
based on city of departure and dates of travel. Prize will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express
or implied by Sponsor.
Winner's Name: Beginning on or about March 28, 2008 you may obtain the name of the winner, either by
going to the Web Site or mailing a SASE to: Fine Living's "A Taste of Fine Living Sweepstakes"- Winner's Name, c/o Haley
Miranda Group, 8654 Washington Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232. Requests received after April 25, 2008 will not be honored.
