Yield: 10 donuts and 10 donut holes

Ingredients:

1 can store-bought biscuits
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cinnamon
2 cups vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan to 375 degrees.
   
2. Open up the can of biscuits, separate them from one another.
   
3. With a one-inch round cutter, cut a hole into the center of each biscuit.
   
4. Add biscuits and holes into the oil a couple at a time.
   
5. When they turn golden brown, remove, drain on paper towels and roll into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
   
6. For the cinnamon and sugar mixture, simply combine the two on in a bowl or lipped plate.
