Ingredients:
1 dozen oysters
4 Tbs. melted butter
1 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 garlic clove, minced
a couple dashes hot sauce
salt and pepper
rock salt for plating
lemon wedges
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients except oysters in a small mixing bowl.
2. Shuck oysters and discard their top shells.
3. Place on a preheated grill and spoon a small amount of the butter mixture onto each one.
4. Close lid and grill for 2 minutes until the edges of the oysters just begin to curl.
5. Transfer to a rock salt-lined platter and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
