First up: a delicious Warm and Crispy Goat Cheese Salad, which pairs wonderfully with a South African Sauvignon Blanc. Then, the chocolate and cheese come together with Cocoa-Chili-Rubbed Chicken on a bed of Parmigiano-Reggiano Polenta, a terrific match for a Petite Sirah. For dessert, it's Aunt Paula's Cream Cheese Pound Cake, topped with Caramelized Bananas and warm Chocolate sauce ... and just perfect with a sweet dessert wine like Madeira!
