Screen Cuisine"Screen Cuisine" is Andrea's homage to some of her favorite dishes paired not only with the perfect wines, but also with some of her favorite classic television shows and movies.
We'll begin with a "Popeye"-inspired spinach salad. Next, it's "Mu(e)nster" mashed potatoes. Then "Brady Bunch" pan-seared pork chops with an apple jelly reduction sauce. Wine accompaniments include a Martin Schaetzel Gewurztraminer and a Coppola Rosso. And from Francis Ford Coppola’s Rubicon Estate Winery, my friend Executive Chef Kelly McCown.
