Dinner Down UnderAndrea will cook up the big flavors of Australian cuisine. Then, along with guest Wayne Donaldson of Gallo Wineries, she'll pair them with a bold Shiraz.
The starter is Grilled Asparagus and Camembert Toast with Balsamic Vinegar, followed by a surprisingly simple Pepper Crusted Rack of Lamb with Plum Chutney that will just pop when paired with the Shiraz. A warm grilled potato salad with kalamata olives and rosemary rounds out the robustly flavorful meal.
