Grilled Head On Shrimp
The Perfect Party : Episode FLTPP-203

This recipe is provided courtesy of Marc Meyer, executive chef of New York's Five Points Restaurant.

Ingredients:

8 U10 shrimp, head on
extra-virgin olive oil
lemon
salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel and de-vein shrimp tail only, leaving head on.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on a cast iron skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Serve with lemon.
