1.5 oz. Sugei Sake
2 oz. sweet and sour
1 oz. Chambord
Lemon grass and raspberries (garnish)

Preparation:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients, stirring with a bar spoon. Strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon grass and raspberries.
