Per cup:
1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs. simple syrup
3/4-1 cup water or soda

Combine all ingredients and serve over ice. To make simple syrup, combine one part water to one part sugar in sauce pan and heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
